What has happened to my Shopping Basket?

If you have placed an item in your shopping basket and returned later, it may be that your basket has not been saved on your computer.  However, the item may still appear to be out of stock when you try to view the product in the shop.  Our website saves baskets for 24 hours before returning items into stock.   

If you are unable to find your basket or the item you wish to purchase, please contact us either by telephone (during working hours) on 0161 425 7909, or click here to contact us via our Contact Us form. We will respond to your query as soon as possible.

How do I pay?

We accept payments through PayPal, however you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service. Payments can be made through PayPal using all Debit/Credit cards by following the payment options and clicking pay by Debit/Credit card.  If you are having any problems with this, please contact us and we can process the order manually.

If you are collecting your item, then payments can be made by cash on collection.

How is the postage value calculated?

Our Website works out the postage on the approximate weight of your basket, therefore it can cost the same amount to send numerous items as it is to send one.  

How will my order be sent?

We have priced the postage on our website to send out items using Royal Mail, and offer a selection of delivery options.  Please note, that when an item is valued over £50.00 we have priced the postage to send as Royal Mail Guaranteed 1pm (next working day) service.  This is to ensure that adaquate insurance is in place for any loss or damage sustained while being delivered.  

Can I request items to be sent by another method?

If you are not happy with the cost suggested for delivery, please feel free to contact us and we can discuss other methods of delivery - this applies mainly to items with a higher value if you do not wish to have the insurance in place. Please note, if you request items to be sent by another delivery method we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred in transit.

If you are local and wish to collect your item, or if you wish to arrange for your own courier service, then please place your order stating the collection option, and then contact us to make the necessary arrangements either via the 'Contact Us' form or by telephone on 0161 425 7909.
