Important - Postage Information

The postage rates for our products are worked out on a weight system, therefore it can cost the same to send one item as it is for numerous items.  As you add items to your basket and then proceed to checkout it will then give you the overall postage cost, which works out more economical.

We generally send our items by Royal Mail, and offer a choice of: UK confirmed 2nd and 1st class delivery. We prefer to use these methods to ensure that there is a way to trace any lost or damaged parcels should the need arise.  However, we do also offer the option of sending purchases by standard 2nd class post but these will not be traceable if there is any problem with the delivery.  

Our preference is to send items by Royal Mail 2nd class signed for, which is the postage cost shown, however when you place an item in your basket you can change this service to one of our other options, and the price will be adjusted as necessary.

If an item has a value over £50.00 we send this as UK Guaranteed next day by 1pm service to ensure that adequate insurance is provided for lost or damaged items. Please note: If an item is dispatched on Friday, then this will be not be delivered until Monday.

We have calculated our international postage using the Royal Mail website, we prefer to use "Royal Mail International Signed", unfortunately this does not track the items outside the UK.  If you require any further information on this, please contact us. 

If you wish us to send an item by any other method, including using your own driver or arranging your own courier (this can be done by choosing the 'collection only' delivery option), please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this and make the relevant arrangements where possible.


Important update 17/03/2020: Below is a message taken from the Royal Mail website

Due to the current coronavirus situation we’re no longer asking recipients to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020. We will still capture the recipient’s name and confirmation of delivery which can be viewed at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Unfortunately we have no control over this - but we will do our best to send our deliveries as securely as possible, and where possible with a tracking number.

Individual items over £50.00 will still be sent with the Guaranteed by 1pm the next day service - but no signature will be asked for on delivery.
